Scottish Tablet Ice Cream Cake

cake size 8″/20cm round & 3″/7.5cm tall serve up to 20 Scoops.
Fresh Gelato Style Ice Cream filled with chunks of homemade Scottish tablet decorated with freshly piped ice cream and even more delicious Tablet.
• all our ice cream cakes are handmade and decorated in ice cream and must be stored below minus -18
• remove the cake from the freezer 10-15 minutes before serving – this will allow the ice cream to soften, making it easier to cut or scoop
• once served, immediately return any remaining portions of cake to the freezer for later use in an airtight container
• DO NOT freeze/store any ice cream that has been left to melt
