These wonderful fresh ice cream cakes are 8″/20cm round & 3″/7.5cm tall serve up to 20 scoops.
Fresh Gelato Style Ice Cream cake made with your choice of ice cream decorated with freshly piped ice cream and decor to match flavour choice.
• all our ice cream cakes are handmade and decorated in ice cream and must be stored below minus -18
• remove the cake from the freezer 5-10 minutes before serving – this will allow the ice cream to soften, making it easier to cut or scoop
• once served, immediately return any remaining portions of cake to the freezer for later use in an airtight container
• DO NOT freeze/store any ice cream that has been left to melt
