Fresh Gelato Style Chocolate Ice Cream filled with homemade fudge brownie chunks decorated with freshly piped ice cream.
• all our ice cream cakes are handmade and decorated in ice cream and must be stored below minus -18
• remove the cake from the freezer 10-15 minutes before serving – this will allow the ice cream to soften, making it easier to cut or scoop
• once served, immediately return any remaining portions of cake to the freezer for later use in an airtight container
• DO NOT freeze/store any ice cream that has been left to melt
